This watercolor of "Sagrada Familia," the amazingly complex and fanciful church designed by architect, Antonio Gaudi, was painted after Geoffrey and I visited Spain in 2016. The abundance of butterflies is a tribute to those unfortunate souls who lost their life in the 2017 explosion along the Ramblas, the major shopping area. It was exhibited in our two-person exhibition at A.R.C. Gallery, "Magia Mani," and sold to my dear friend and fellow artist, Joan Sharpe, and her husband, Michael.
